The PADI Enriched Air Diver course is the most popular PADI specialty dive course. Why? Because diving with enriched air gives you more time without decompression, especially on successive dives. If being down more time and being able to return earlier sounds attractive, then do not hesitate to become an enriched air diver.
If you are a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver who is at least 12 years old, you can enroll in the Enriched Air Diver Specialty course. Please note that in some regions the minimum age is over 12 years old.

You will learn why diving with air that has more oxygen and less nitrogen content gives you more bottom time, along with equipment considerations for enriched air.
