During two dives, you will learn to:
Determine the exact ballast you need so that you are neither too light nor too weighted down.
Adjust your weight system and diving equipment so that you are perfectly balanced in the water.
Get into a hydrodynamic position to save energy, use air more efficiently, and move more smoothly through the water.
Remain motionless in float in any position – vertical or horizontal.
Get credit! The first dive of this PADI Specialty Diver course can serve as an Adventure Dive credit toward your Advanced Open Water Diver certification.
